The passenger safety air bag filling arrangement has a number of raised sections (13) on the outer surface of the sensor housing (12). These are fitted into recesses (20) which are formed on corresponding positions of the inner wall of the upper open hole (8). The cap (22) is brought into contact with the upper side (19) of the sensor housing to be subject to pressure from below. Each circumferential distance between two raised sections is unequally selected, and projections (17) from the underside of the sensor housing are inserted into corresponding holes (10) formed for the ignition device (9).
