PURPOSE:To provide a medical examination checking system capable of eliminating the omission and the mistake of manual check and reducing time and the number of staffs, concerning the preparation of a ball. CONSTITUTION:The system is composed of a disease name input means 11, a medical examination input means 12. a related information storing means 13, a collation means 14 collating a disease name, medical examination and the contents of 13 and an warning message output means 15. In 11, a retrieving means 112 retrieves the disease name registered to a disease name file 111 from a clinical chart file 119 and outputs it. In 12, a retrieving means 122 retrieves the name of the medical examination registered to a medical examination name file 121 from a clinical chart file 119 and outputs it. |
