<p>A brazing pin for use at soldering for example a cable lug to a railway rail consists of a pressed or turned main part (11) with a stud (13) at one of its ends, a hollow cap (14) of silver alloy material pressed on the stud and flux (15) in the space between the cap and the stud. The outer diameter of the cap (14) corresponds to the outer diameter of the main part (11), whereas its inner diameter is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the stud (13), so that a hermetic enclosure for the flux is obtained.</p> |
