The automatic cooking utensil processes in a bundle all courses such as taking out rice, washing and boiling the rice. The utensil includes a rice measurement discharge unit, a washing part for supplying water and washing the rice, a washing unit for rotating a washing rod so that the rice within a washing tub can be washed, an on-off unit for discharging intermittently the wash water and the washed rice with proper water to a rice kettle, an electronic rice kettle part for boiling the rice, and a circuit substrate having several kinds of electronic parts for controlling automatically a series of process.
