The circuit with good matching characteristic of I/O currents under low voltage power sources(30-50) connected to a first power source in parallel, a first current mirror(10) providing the duplicated current of the input current of the first power source, and a compensator(20) providing the compensation current, which compensates the deviation of the input current of the current mirror circuit, to it. The current mirror circuit and the compensator are of the same structure.
