MOTION VECTOR DETECTING METHOD AND MOTION COMPENSATING APPARATUS OF HDTV

摘要

The method involves using differential pulse code modulation code system between motion compensation frames. A move-vector is multi-pressed by a four step parallel processing with a single serial move-vector. The multi pressing of the single serial brightness move-vector is done on the motion compensating controller of an address controller. The motion compensation of high resolution TV is eased by having motion compensation selection including colour-difference-signal move- vector.
