The high frequency filter has coupled resonators tuned by adjustable capacitors. It includes a tri-plate structure and a flexibility of frequency. The adjustable capacitors which are used to turn the resonators (1-6) each consist of a series assembly of a diode with variable capacitance (11-16) and a mechanically adjustable capacitor (21-26). The arrangement allows an individual initial adjustment to be made using a common bias voltage for the assembly. This allows a high over-voltage coefft. to be maintained, and provides temp. compensation during filtering. |
