The proposed means comprises two driving wheels (4, 19) and two corresponding hand levers (7, 20) as well as two transmission mechanisms (16, 31) converting the swinging motion of the levers (7, 20) into the rotary motion of the driving wheels (4, 19). Each transmission mechanism (16, 31) comprises a guide (34, 35) housing a rod (36, 37) with a rack (38, 39), and further comprises a gear (40, 41) engaging with the rack (38, 39) and with a free-wheel clutch (17, 32) of its driving wheel (4, 19) and a coupling (42, 43), the driven wheel (3) being a self-orienting type. <IMAGE> |
