A holding-together arrangement, designed as a clamp element, which consists of two parts, a top piece 1 and a bottom piece 2. The bottom piece 2 is provided with flexible legs 7 and clamp slots 8, and the top piece 1 is provided with locks 3 and clamp beads 6 to form an adjustable clamp 16. The clamp element makes possible gathering together, fastening, turning and referring to loose, edge- perforated objects without using ring binders or folders. The holding-together arrangement is made of flexible lightweight materials and can be used without having to be fastened to a rigid support. <IMAGE>
