PURPOSE:To make a hybrid integrated circuit small and to freely insert or detach a microcomputer by a method wherein all peripheral circuit elements are sealed hermetically by using a case material and only the microcomputer has a structure where it is exposed by means of a hole made in the case material. CONSTITUTION:A case material 8 is formed of a thermoplastic resin as an insulating member; it is formed to be a box shape so as to form a space part when it is fixed to a substrate 2. A hole 7 is made in the case material 8. Ends of a plurality of conductive routes which are fixed and connected to electrodes of a socket 15 are formed; the socket 15 into which a microcomputer 4 is inserted is fixed and bonded to tip parts of the conductive routes 3. The microcomputer 4 is inserted into the socket 15 and mounted on the substrate 2; only the surface of the microcomputer 4 is exposed to the outside. Peripheral circuit elements 6 which are connected to the microcomputer 4 are set in such a way that they are arranged in a sealing space part 14 formed of the substrate 2 and the case material 8.
