MAKING METHOD OF COLD ROLLING STEEL PLATE WITH IN PLATING

摘要

The steel sheet is manufactured by hot-rolling Al killed steel containing 0.03-0.06 wt.% Al under conventional condition, first cold-rolling with reduction rate of 86-88% and annealing, and second cold-rolling with reduction rate of 10-40% and annealing. A texture structure rate of the obtained steel sheet is from 0.10 to 0.15. The steel sheet for tin plating is useful for beverage cans and has excellent resistance to earing and corrosion.
