<p>PURPOSE:To provide the control device of an extrusion molding machine, by which a product highly accurate in weight can be produced even when extrusion rate changes. CONSTITUTION:A control device of an extrusion molding machine, in which hot-meltable stock is melted by heating so as to be extruded into the predetermined shape and then taken off, has a product information inputting part 13, in which product information including the dimensions of a product to be produced is inputted in advance, an extrusion upper limit and lower limit setting part 11 for calculating the extrusion rate of the stock from the consumed time of stock, an extrusion rate calculating part 12 and a weight calculating part 14 for calculating the weight of a product on the basis of the present take-off speed of stock and the product information inputted in the product information inputting part 13. Further, the control device has an error calculating part 15 for calculating the error of the weight of the product by subtracting the extrusion rate from the weight of the product and a speed calculating part 16 for calculating the take-off speed of the product on the basis of the product information and extrusion rate and by adding the error obtained from the error calculating part 15.</p> |
