PURPOSE:To obtain a resin plate having excellent surface properties and a high rigidity. CONSTITUTION:A resin plate-shaped body which is constituted mainly of thermoplastic resin and a fibrous material of a fiber length 5mm or above and constructed of at least two layers A containing the fibrous material and of at least one layer B not containing the fibrous material and wherein the melting viscosity of the resin of the layer B is 1.5 times or more larger than that of the resin of the layer A.
