PURPOSE:To prepare instant fried noodle, etc., having characteristic taste and palatability of fried noodle in high efficiency in a mass. CONSTITUTION:A frying process 3 provided with a pot transfer conveyor 6 having a number of stirring pots 5 placed interposing prescribed spaces, an edible oil pouring part 7 to pour a prescribed amount of an edible oil into the stirring pot 5 and a belt conveyor 10 for feeding noodle strings 8 into the stirring pot 5 is placed between a noodle preparation process 1 and a noodle finishing process 2. The noodle strings fed into the stirring pot 5 are fried under stirring with a stirring plate by rotating the stirring pot under heating with a heater 4. Thereafter, the stirring pot 5 is turned upside down at the downstream end of the pot transfer conveyor 6 to deliver the fried noodle strings 8 from the stirring pot 5 to a table 27 of a noodle delivering apparatus 13. |
