PURPOSE:To provide a microscope for operation having high safety by improving illumination efficiency in particular and obtaining the best illumination state at all times at every focal lengths. CONSTITUTION:This microscope for operation has an objective optical system 2 which makes the object side focal length movable by moving a specific lens and an illumination optical system for introducing illumination light onto a surface to be inspected without via the moving system of this objective optical system. This illumination optical system is provided with optical members 12, 19 moving according to the movement of the focal position of the objective optical system. |
