PURPOSE:To obtain an antifoam for drinks effective in a wide temperature range, solving a problem of spouting out of contents by opening a can immediate ly after shaking and staining a hand and clothes of a consumer. CONSTITUTION:This antifoam for drinks comprises 2-80 pts.wt. of a diglycerol fatty acid ester, preferably one having >=50wt.% monoester purity and 10-80 pts.wt. of a glycerol unsaturated fatty acid ester, preferably one having 30-50 deg.C melting point as essential components. A drink packed in a positive-pressure can contains the antifoam. |
