PURPOSE:To assure safe and easy mixing of liquid chemicals by disposing resin pools at the time of blow molding in the strongly welded parts of a vessel formed by sealing the inside of a flat blow molded vessel with a peelable inside wall welding band and the strongly welded parts in succession to both ends thereof to divide the inside of the vessel to plural chambers. CONSTITUTION:The vessel which is produced by partially holding a hollow parison consisting of two layers, an inner layer consisting of a mixture composed of a polyethylene and polyprofiylene and an outer layer consisting of a polyethylene by two halved metal molds to form the strongly welded parts 2 and the resin pools 3 at the time of production of the vessel 1, and then subjecting the parison to blow molding, is formed with the peelable inside wall welding band 4 by using heat sealing dies. The vessel is provided with the resin pools 3 in such a manner, by which the excess resin is pushed into these pools to minimize the amt. of the resin to be protruded near to the welding boundary line when the parison is compressed. Namely, the part near the welding boundary line is smoothed and the welding band is formed, by which the vessel substantially free from pinholes is obtd. and the safe mixing of the liquid chemicals is assured. |
