PURPOSE:To leave a molded product in a lower mold by forming upper and lower molds so as to form a tab piece to the outer peripheral end edge part of a compression molded product and pressing the tab piece by the press pin provided to the upper mold at the time of mold opening. CONSTITUTION:A tile 1 having four tab pieces 2, 2, 2, 2 provided to the end edge parts thereof is subjected to compression molding by an upper mold 3 and a lower mold 4. A press pin 5 protruding downwardly from the molding surface of the upper mold 3 at the time of mold opening is provided to the upper mold 3 at the position corresponding to the tap piece 2 of the upper mold 3. When the upper and lower molds 3, 4 are opened after the tile l is subjected to compression molding by both molds 3, 4, the tab piece 2 is pressed by the press pin 5 and the tile 1 is left in the lower mold 4. Therefore, the molds are opened in such a state that the molded product is always left in the lower mold 4. |
