<p>PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency and accurateness of goods taking out work without giving oppression to a worker by providing a temporary goods storage conveyor, which can visually check the storage condition of goods, separately from a carrier conveyor of a goods sorter. CONSTITUTION:There are an article (as one example, book) storage stage 41, an electronic meter 42 equipped with a communication function, and an indicator 43 on a goods depository 4. The display 43 is equipped with indicators 43a and 43b which shows the number of articles 6 to be taken out from the article storage stage 41 to the meter 42 and whether it is right or wrong. If articles 6 are put on the meter 42 by a desired number of pieces, a computer 7 equipped with an input/output part, an arithmetic unit, and indicators 7a, 7b, and 7c judges that the article taking-out work is completed, and a cutting-out conveyor 5 operates, and shifts the articles 6 toward a carrier conveyor 1 intermittently separately for each work unit. The taking out of the articles is not performed right before the carriage, being hurried up by the carriage, but is completed before it, and the state of carriage can be checked visually, so a sense of oppression in work vanishes.</p> |
