PURPOSE:To accurately and easily perform perforation processing or incorpora tion for a pin and enhance press processing accuracy due to a segment. CONSTITUTION:When a diameter is expanded, a second flange member 30 is allowed to be spaced apart from a first flange member 29 and the movement thereof is transmitted to a first press member 35 through a first link to move the first press member 35 to the inside in a radius direction and the movement of the first press member 35 is transmitted to a second press member 36 through a second link to move the second press member 36 to the inside in the radius direction. When the outer peripheral surface of the second press member 36 reaches the inside from the inner diameter of a tire bead part, the first press member 35 is moved inwardly as compared with the second press member 36 and the contraction of a diameter is completed. At the time of the expansion of the diameter, respective parts are moved reversely. |
