PURPOSE:To provide a readily executable container for cultivating a plant capable of reducing the amount of labor for cultivating operations by connecting a water supply and drain pipe to a water supply and drain port of a container body for cultivating the plant and locating the water supply and drain pipe under the container body for cultivating the plant. CONSTITUTION:This container for cultivating a plant comprises a container body 1 for cultivating the plant and a water supply and drain pipe 6 and is obtained by connecting the water supply and drain pipe 6 through a water supply and drain connecting pipe 4 connected to the water supply and drain pipe 6 to a water supply and drain port of the container body 1 for cultivating the plant, locating a water supply and drain pipe 6 and the water supply and drain connecting pipe 4 under the container body 1 for cultivating plant or preferably locating the water supply and drain pipe 6 without embedding thereof on a base. Furthermore, the container for cultivating the plant is preferably used to carry out the water supply and drain for the solution culture.
