<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method for alkylating isoparaffin, capable of safely and efficiently obtaining an alkylate gasoline in the presence of a new alkylation solid catalyst in a high yield. CONSTITUTION:Isoparaffin is reacted with a monoolefin in the presence of a catalyst preferably at a temperature of 0-150 deg.C under a pressure of 1-30 kg/cm<2> G. The catalyst comprrses a matrix and the salt of a heterogeneous polymerized acid of formula I or II [X is a heterogeneous atom selected from P, Si, Ge, As, B and Co; Y,Z are polymerized atomsselected from W, Mo and V; k1 is the number (3-9) of H; (m) is the number (0-12) of Y; (n) is the number of the hydrated water], or a matrix and the salt of a heterogeneous polymerized acid of formula III or IV [M is cation; (j) is the number of M replaced instead of H; (k) is the number of the remaining H (k2=k1-valency of Mmj)]. The matrix includes refractory oxides, active carbon, and ion exchange resins, and the heterogeneous polymerized acid (salt) is carried on the matrix or compounded with matrix to form into a composite material to prepare the catalyst.</p> |
