<p>PURPOSE:To prevent ooze-out of resin even in a high-temperature process such as a baking coating process by a method wherein non-solvent type thermosetting resin being liquid at normal temperatures is used as a resin composition for an intermediate layer and, after metal sheets are laminated with the intermediate layer interlaid, the laminated metal sheets are heated for initial crossolinking of the resin of the intermediate layer and then cooled down rapidly. CONSTITUTION:A metal sheet 1 supplied from a sheet feeder is degreased by cleaning in a degreasing tank 2 and passed through a first heater 3 to be dried. Next, non-solvent thermoplastic resin being liquid at normal temperatures is applied in a prescribed thickness on the metal sheet 1 by a coating system 4. After another metal sheet is laminated on the metal sheet 1 coated with the resin, by a laminating device 5, the laminated sheets are passed through a second heater 6 for initial crosslinking of the resin, cooled down rapidly by a cooling device 7 and then passed through presser rolls 8 of two stands to be deaerated and contact-bonded and thereby a damping metal sheet 11 is obtained. The degree of setting corresponding to the resin can be adjusted to a target value by controlling the speed and temperature at the time when the laminated sheets are passed through the second heater 6.</p> |
