<p>PURPOSE:To simplify processing an installation of flat packing and also simplify propelling and embedding of porous pipe by using in combination a flat packing where a ring-shaped elastic projection is formed at the periphery of the open end of each communication hole and a porous pipe where a ring-shaped flange is provided protrusively at the periphery of the open end of each pipeline. CONSTITUTION:A flat packing is mounted on an end face plate of a porous pipe which is propelled, for example underground, and embedded. That is, the peripheral end face of a packing body 1 and the central communication hole 2 are fixed to a ring-shaped flange 19 on the pipe body 11 and a peripheral protrusive edge part 20 of a center measuring hole 12 in such a way that ring- shaped elastic ridges 9, 10 provided at the open ends of communication holes 2-6 protrude from the end face plate 21 of the pipe body 11, and at the same time, the communication holes 3-6 are left leading to pipelines 13-16, respectively. To the rear end face of the propelled porous pipe, the front end face plate of another porous pipe to be embedded subsequently is joined through the flat packing, and bolts are inserted through holes 17 followed by fastening with nuts. This simplifies processing and mounting of flat packing and also simplify the propelling and embedding of porous pipes.</p> |
