<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a pellet fertilizer which has high strength and with which the generation of fungi is suppressed even during long-term storage by setting the parts of molding holes in a die in specific positions, changing an org. fermented fertilizer contg. water into the die and molding the fertilizer. CONSTITUTION:This pelletizing device 1 is produced by penetrating and forming the many molding holes 4 into the die 2 consisting of a material, such as chromium copper, forming chamfered part 5 on the inner peripheral surface side of the molding holes 4, forming tapered parts 6 expanded in diameters outward on the outer peripheral surface side and setting the straight parts 7 of the molding holes 4 at about <=20mm by these tapered parts 6. Next, the org. fermented fertilizer, such as crude refuse, regulated in moisture content to 15 to 25wt.% is supplied from a chute 8 into the die 2 and the die 2 is rotated to successively push the fertilizer into the molding holes 4 by an extruding roller 3, by which the fertilizer is extruded to the outer peripheral surface of the die 2. The extruded fertilizer is then cut by a cutter 9 disposed on the outer peripheral side to a pellet form. The resulted pellet fertilizers are recovered from a discharge port 11.</p> |
