PURPOSE:To improve the processing efficiency and to decrease a misoperation by constituting a system so that corresponding to the output instruction of a slip for designating a classifying section (urgent/ordinary, an origin of call telephone number, a slip size, etc.), the slip concerned is read out of a memory device and displayed on a screen, and the slip of a designated section can be processed continuously. CONSTITUTION:A FAX equipment 2 is a facsimile equipment for transmitting a slip 1, converts the slip 1 to slip image data and stores is tentatively in a floppy device 4, and transmits the slip image data stored corresponding to polling concentration from a center and the origin of call telephone number added thereto, a password, size information of slip image data, etc. A classifying/managing device 3 classifies and segments the slip 1 transmitted through a circuit from the FAX equipment 2, as shown in the figure by the origin of call telephone number, the slip size, etc. In a display device/console panel 5, the operator or the center designates a classifying section and inputs it, and also, displays the slip of its designated section, and executes the processings of the slip such as a check, an input/a collection by a visual observation. |
