PURPOSE:To obtain a gelatinous food, containing bean curd in konjak, reduced in peculiar smell of the konjak and good in texture. CONSTITUTION:This gelatinous food contains bean curd in konjak. The content of the bean crud therein is about 2-5g, preferably about 2.8-3.3g expressed in terms of the solid substance based on 100g and the content of the konjak powder is about 1.5-3g, preferably about 2g. This method for producing the gelatinous food is to swell the konjak powder with water, and the bean crud or soybean mild thereto and gelatinize the resultant mixture with a gelling agent. |
