PURPOSE:To make it possible to mechanically perform operations for feeding CHIKUWA (bamboo-shaped, boiled fish-paste cake) spits to a spit circuit of a CHIKUWA baking machine or discharging them therefrom. CONSTITUTION:In this CHIKUWA baking machine, the guide rail is partly cut in the neighborhood of the terminal of a passage for returning CHIKUWA spits (w) to be recycled and an opening and closing door is attached thereto so as to take out them according to demand. This CHIKUWA baking machine is equipped with a CHIKUWA spit storage box (A) capable of temporarily storing the CHIKUWA spits on the outside of the opening and closing door, a guide support which is driven by a motor to vertically elevate the bottom 21 of the storage box and a take-out plate 40 for allowing the CHIKUWA spits to go out through the opening and closing door toward the CHIKUWA spit storage box. The bottom of the CHIKUWA spit storage box is designed so as to be moved down in order when a suitable number of CHIKUWA spits are transferred from the take-out plate following opening of the opening and closing door. Further, a sloped delivery plate 28 is set at a prescribed height position on the course of elevation of the CHIKUWA spit storage box under the take-out plate so as to transfer the CHIKUWA spits to the line of the CHIKUWA baking machine. |
