PURPOSE:To accurately detect the floor position even if the inter-floor distance is short in detecting the floor position based on the position signal generated when the car position detector of an elevator faces a plate of a hoistway. CONSTITUTION:When the trailing (upper operation point A2) of the position signal 11a and the rising (lower operation point B1) of the position signal 12a are recognized in the same arithmetic cycle of a computer during the lifting operation of a car, the lower operation point FLHD(I) or the upper operating point FLHU(I) of the present floor is calculated from the inter-floor distance data SFL stored in advance. FLHD(I) = FLHD(I-1) + SFL and FLHU(I) = FLHU(I-1) + SFL. |
