PURPOSE:To provide a speed control device for an elevator capable of eliminating the speed step caused by the fitting error of a position plate and the intake delay of the position plate signal. CONSTITUTION:The position plate signal is taken in during the manual operation. When a car does not pass through the position point (S2), the processing proceeds (S6), the travel distance DELTAP is obtained based on the pulse count value of a counting circuit, and the remaining distance value S is obtained. When the passing of the position point is recognized (S2), the processing proceeds, and the pertinent remaining distance is extracted from a ROM based on the position plate signal, and the remaining distance Sa is stored (S3). The difference of the remaining distance value is obtained (S4), and the difference DELTASn is stored in a RAM (S5). The processing proceeds (S7) during the automatic operation, the processing proceeds at the time of the passing of the position point, and distance differences of the next and subsequent stages from the passing position plate point are obtained in total (S8). The remaining distance Sa corresponding to the position plate signal is extracted from the ROM and stored (S9), the remaining distance correction value Sb is subtracted from the remaining distance value Sa to update the remaining distance value S, thus the speed step is eliminated. |
