摘要 PURPOSE:To unite the stability and the steerability of a vehicle by correcting the steering angle of rear wheels to the same-direction side when the actual slip amount of the rear wheels is larger than the first target slip amount, and regulating the correction on the same-direction side of the steering angle of the rear wheels when the acutal slip amount of the rear wheels is smaller than the second target slip amount. CONSTITUTION:A main part of a traction control device consists of a rear wheel turning means provided with a turning ratio control means 97 or the like, and a traction control device provided with a slip control means 61 or the like. The slip control means 61 controls the engine and a brake respectively when the actual slip amount of the driving wheels exceeds the respective target slip amounts. The steering angle of the rear wheels is corrected to the same- direction side by a rear wheel steering angle correcting means 100 when the actual slip amount is larger than the first target slip amount. On the other hand, the correction on the same-direction side of the steering angle of the rear wheels is regulated by a correction regulating means 101 when the actual slip amount is larger than the first target slip amount and smaller than the second target slip amount.
