CONSTITUTION:This process for the preparation of a food material from artichoke comprises the preparation of pasty artichoke by finely cutting and grinding a raw artichoke, addition of the paste to wheat flour, addition of a prescribed amount of water, etc., to the mixture, forming of a noodle strip from the obtained dough and forming of noodle strings from the strip. |
