PURPOSE:To easily manufacture a vehicle use sun visor with beautiful appearance while reducing cost by decreasing manufacturing man-hour as small as possible. CONSTITUTION:Between a pair of molding forms 1, 2 respectively provided with irregular pattern surfaces 3, 4 for forming a crimp pattern surface in a molded surface, two sheets of cushion pads 12 consisting of foaming synthetic resin excellent in thermal welding like polyolefin foam are set by interposing a skeleton frame 13 therebetween. Thereafter by closing a pair of the molding forms 1, 2 to heat both the cushion pads 12 compressed, opposed surfaces of both the cushion pads 12 are welded to be integrally formed, simultaneously with forming a crimp pattern surface in outer surfaces of these cushion pads 12. After that by forcing a pair of the molding dies 1, 2 cooled, the crimp pattern surface of the cushion pads 12 is hardened. |
