PURPOSE:To smoothly inject a pressurized gas into a molten resin by providing a check valve having a mechanism for forcedly brining a valve provided at the top of a gas injection nozzle into close contact with a sheet surface. CONSTITUTION:A melt resin 12 is injected into a mold cavity 4 by an injection molding machine cylinder 3. A gas injection nozzle 5 reciprocating by the drive of a hydraulic cylinder 6 is provided on a movable mold 1. A gas is injected into the molten resin 12 from the gas injection nozzle 5. In a normal state, a valve 8a connected to a connecting hole 17 is pressed against the left end by a spring 11 to be forcibly brought into close contact with a sheet surface 18, thereby preventing the counter flow of the gas or melt resin. When a pressurized gas flows into a gas material flow path 10 through a gas material conduit 7, the connecting hole 17 is pressed toward the valve to a position of a stopper 15. When the flow-in of the pressurized gas is stopped, the connecting hole 17 is again pressed against the left end by the spring 11. |
