PURPOSE:To provide a method for easily manufacturing a fiber composite sheet having a woodgrained pattern. CONSTITUTION:The method for manufacturing a fiber composite sheet comprises the steps of first adhering powderlike thermoplastic resin 6 to a plurality of fiber bundles 2 formed of continuous fibers arranged in a lateral direction while pressing to open the plurality of the bundles 2 to form a sheetlike matter, and second forming and then heating color pale and deep parts by supplying particular powder having different color from that of the resin 6 and having a mean particle diameter of 300mum or less and pressing the matter against a curved surface, wherein a the bundles in at least one of the first and second steps are given a difference in tension.
