PURPOSE:To easily prevent cloth ravels of a circumferential part of an opening at a low cost without executing the treatment such as heat melting in the open ing part such as an inflator mounting port and a vent hole of a non-coat air bag. CONSTITUTION:The corrugated ravel-preventing sewing 8 which is repeatedly striding the cutting line 7 is executed over the cutting line of an opening part 2 such as a vent hole, and then, the opening part 2 is cut on the cutting line 7, and cloth ravels are prevented by the thread of the ravel-preventing sewing 8 to be left on the circumferential part of this opening part.
