PURPOSE:To give the frequency dividing function and to make easy for the setting of amplitude, by improving the trigger circuit of monostable multivibrator and enabling to transit the multivibrator to the variation of the pulse signal amplitude even with greater duty cycle. CONSTITUTION:In the wave shape circuit consisting of the bistable multivibrator of transistors Tr10,11 and of the trigger circuit of Tr12,13, the emitter of Tr12 is connected to the base of Tr11 and the base of Tr12 is connected to the collector of Tr13. Further, the emitter of Tr13 is connected to the base of Tr10, and the base is connected to the collector of Tr12, and the trigger input terminal 3 is connected to the collector of Tr12,13 via the resistors 14,15. The resistor 16 is connected to one end of the resistors 14,15, which has common path for a part of the base and collector current. Further, the voltage between Tr12 and 13 is made greater than the saturation voltage of the transistor and is made smaller than the voltage between the base and the emitter. |
