<p>PURPOSE:To install flexible pipes such as FRP pipes on a relatively soft weak ground so that the gradient of the pipes are kept appropriate and the pipes have an adaptability and a resistance to an earthquake etc. CONSTITUTION:Reinforcement piles 2 are driven into the soft weak ground 1 to reinforce it and support a concrete foundation 3, which is thereafter produced like a band on the tops of the reforcement piles 2. The flexible pipes 5 are installed on pillows 4 provided at a predetermined spacing on the concrete foundation 3. At that time, the bottoms of the pillows 4 are ground, if necessary, to accurately adjust the height of the pipes. After the gradient of the pipes is confirmed, the pillows 4 are fixed to the concrete foundation 3 and the flexible pipes 5.</p> |
