PURPOSE:To provide an illuminator for vehicle cabin which is excellent in economy with a simple structure and which can irradiate only a position to be irradiated. CONSTITUTION:This illuminator is provided with a hosing 21 equipped with the first opening part 21A, an electric bulb 22 mounted so as to emit the light toward the first opening part, a cover 23 which is equipped with the second opening part 23A of roughly same diameter as the first opening part, is engaged with the housing, and is mounted so as to rotate to the housing, and a light shielding screen 24 which is formed on a transparent plate surface so that plural louver-shaped protrusions parallel in the vertical or horizontal direction may be at a prescribed angle theta2 to the transparent plate surface and is mounted so as to close the second opening part. |
