PURPOSE:To enable a driver to separate from a vehicle temporarily and burglany prevention by making an ignition key coming off when an engine is in a prescribed operating condition, making the engine misfire when the engine is above a prescribed speed, and enhance safety by making a hazard lamp flicker upon stopping. CONSTITUTION:An ignition switch 20 is provided with an operating position ONII at the time of stopping when an ignition key comes off with an engine kept in a prescribed operating condition. When the key is in the operating position ONII and engine speed is above its prescribed one, a detector 22 detects it, and a misfire circuit 24 makes the engine misfired. A driver can hold the key in the prescribed operating condition and separate from a vehicle, however, somebody cannot ride away. When the ignition switch 20 kept at the operating position ONII at the time of stopping, a hazard circuit 26 which flickers hazard lamps 28R, 28L is provided, so it is possible to enhance safety because the hazard lamp flickers upon stopping. |
