<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method for producing refreshing and exhilarating Japanese distilled spirits by removing a smell disliked by people in flavor of the spirits, especially the spirits of sweet potato. CONSTITUTION:Japanese distilled spirits are mixed with active carbon of pine which is produced from a pine material as a raw material and made into a powdery state and well stirred. A supernatant liquid of precipitated Japanese distilled spirits is filtered by a filter paper several time to provide a method for producing odorless Japanese distilled spirits.</p> |
