PURPOSE:To improve the operability of an edition operation by calling a command list out of a dictionary section, interpreting this command list by stack control, breaking down the command to basic functions for edition, thereby executing these functions. CONSTITUTION:The command list is read out via a reading out/writing section 22, is interpreted by an interpretation section 24 by referencing the dictionary section 26 and is broken down to the basic functions for edition which are respectively executed by a basic function execution section 40. The basic functions for electronic editions selected or combined by a user for improving workability are first expressed by a command list type and are registered as the fresh command in the dictionary section 26 by a command registration section 34 in a command pallet control section 30. An icon corresponding to the fresh command is arranged in one of command pallets arbitrarily changeable in layouts by a command arranging section 32. The fresh command is started by a command start section 36 and the interpretation section 24 executes the fresh command when the icon arranged in such a manner is selected from the command pallet. |
