PURPOSE:To reduce vibration at the time of parts feeding movement by controlling the driver for one moving table such that another table is stopped during next parts feeding cycle when one moving table moves in the direction approaching another table. CONSTITUTION:A moving table 11A begins to move when a drive unit 15A is actuated. A unit 10 is moved to the sucking position of a suction nozzle 5 when the moving table 11A is moved according to a normal waveform. Subsequently, a chip device 3 is sucked by means of the suction nozzle 5. The chip device 3 is sucked and mounted on a printed board 7 according to an NC data and then the moving table is stopped. |
