PURPOSE:To thin down an insulating resin plate more than a conventional one by using the material of a nonflammable sheet made of synthetic mica as its main component. CONSTITUTION:A circuit insulating plate 10 is interposed between bus bars stacked inside an electric connection box, and it is equipped with a rib 11 around a bus bar insertion hole 12, in necessary positions in a plate shape. The circuit insulating plate 10 is made of a sheet S obtained by mixing 90wt.%-99wt.% synthetic mica and 10wt.%-1wt.% resin excellent in insulating property and heat resistance. That is, the circuit insulating plate 10 is cut off along the outline from a continuous sheet S. At that time, in the case that a bus bar insertion hole 12 is necessary in the circuit insulating plate 10, a hole is opened on the sheet S at the same time with cutting. Next, the cut sheet S' is arranged between upper molds 15A and 15B, and the upper mold 15A to serve as a pressing mold is pressed against a lower mold 15B so as to form a rib 11 around the bus insertion hole 12. |
