<p>PURPOSE:To provide a data print display/output method which can facilitate the manual input jobs of data by displaying and outputting the part of the same contents as the precedent record after replacing it with a prescribed symbol. CONSTITUTION:The items common to all records are printed at a single part. If the record to be printed has the same part as the record printed precedently, this same part is not printed and a symbol, e.g. a downward arrow, etc., is printed to show the same contents. In other words, three head characters 'ABC' common to each record of head parts number, three head Chinese characters 'MA Jl KIRI', the 4th - 6th KATAKANA (square form of Japanese syllabary) 'PA NE RU' or the 7th - 9th numeric characters '898' or '448', etc., are converted and printed in the downward arrows. In such a display/output way, the parts of the same contents can be easily grasped and used as the original.s for manual input jobs of data. Thus the manual input jobs of data can be facilitated end the input mistakes can also be decreased.</p> |
