<p>The present invention relates to an installation for cutting by means of a jet of cryogenic fluid, comprising a reservoir for storing the cryogenic liquid at low pressure, a high-pressure compressor (12), a delivery nozzle (19) connected via heat-insulated conduits. The functioning of a heat-exchanger (8), arranged between the storage reservoir (1) and the delivery nozzle (19), for cooling the delivered fluid to a constant holding temperature is controlled by the signal which is output by a temperature sensor (31) arranged at the inlet of the high-pressure compressor (12).
