<p>PURPOSE:To perform a ticket examining process without the loss of use of a card by providing an inhibiting means which inhibits subtraction at the time of a ride by the card if a detecting means detects a combination of the card and a commutation ticket. CONSTITUTION:When train media are the card 28 and commutation ticket 29, it is decided that they are inserted together at a time, i.e. successively; when the batch insertion is detected or when both the card 28 and commutation ticket 29 are detected and combined insertion is detected, a fare adjustment at the time of exiting is only made and a start ride fare is inhibited from being subtracted from the card 28. Further, it is decided whether or not the inserted commutation ticket 29 is an effective ticket and when the ticket is effective, the card 28 and commutation ticket 29 are discharged and the passenger is allowed to pass. When the combination of the card 28 and commutation ticket 29 is detected and the commutation ticket is effective, the start ride fare (specific fare) at the time of getting on is not subtracted (not prepaid) from the card 28, so the fare is not paid twice at the time of transfer and the loss of use of the card 28 is eliminated.</p> |
