At least one metering chamber is fixable to the container opening, i.e. the neck of the bottle, vial or flask. At least two ducts are provided, to feed at request by gravity, by up-turning the container the liq. from the latter to the metering chamber. One duct conveys the liq., the other conducts air flow from the chamber to the container. The device (1) comprises a first cylindrical element (2) positionable and securable to the container opening (3), e.g. by means of a flange (4). A second cylindrical element (5) is inserted inside the element (2), closed at both ends and hollow to define the actual metering chamber (C).
