PURPOSE:To make a nickel-hydrogen battery system small and light and simplify its handling property. CONSTITUTION:Hydrogen gas entrances 20a of a plurality of nickel-hydrogen battery cells 20 are connected to a hydrogen gas storage section 21 via a pipe 22, and the hydrogen gas generated by the nickel-hydrogen battery cells 20 at the time of an electric charge is shifted and stored into the hydrogen gas storage section 21. The hydrogen gas is shifted to the nickel-hydrogen battery cells 20 at the time of an electric discharge. |
