<p>PURPOSE:To generate a pulse for operating surely plural circuits without providing a needless long delay. CONSTITUTION:A control signal is given to the one input terminal of a NAND gate 21, after its output is reversed by an inverter 23, successively transmitted to latches 11-15, and given to an input terminal of an inverter 22 through a wiring pattern 24. And an output of the inverter 22 is given to the other input terminal of the NAND gate 21, and latches 11-15 are surely operated independently of stray capacity C of the wiring pattern 24 and parasitic resistance R.</p> |
